Carl Rantz passed away on June 11, 2020 and was born on October 18, 1926. Carl had been an Artist and Printmaker for nearly 70 years before passing away. Born and raised in Roxbury, Ma (a Boston suburb), he studied Printmaking at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Ma. He had been in numerous shows throughout the years and has sold hundreds of pieces of art. Early on in his career, he specialized in Printmaking which is the art of cutting into wood to make a plate and applying it with ink to make prints. He migrated to the Acrylic genre, painting contemporary and abstract pieces, while living in Florida before his death. His work has pleased numerous clients over the years and his new pieces continue to appeal to clients. With clean lines, bold colors, and contemporary flair, his prints and acrylics are great for any modern or classic décor.
